Dr. Gazab Bhandal
Dr. Bhandal is a board-eligible periodontist with expertise in prevention and treatment of periodontal disease. After finishing her dental school from India in 2010, she served as a research associate at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. She then joined a highly reputed Periodontal program at Case Dental School at Cleveland, Ohio in 2013, served as Chief Resident and earned Master of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D) degree in 2016.
During her residency training, Dr. Bhandal has been part of several research projects involving periodontal disease in post-menopausal women. She had the privilege of presenting her research on both global and national platforms and has various publications to her credit. Dr. Bhandal is an active member of American Academy of Periodontology, Midwest Society of Periodontology and American Dental Association.
Dr. Bhandal strongly believes in prevention of periodontal disease and focuses her efforts to preserve the natural dentition, whenever possible. She believes in customizing treatment plans for each individual to meet their expectations and makes sure that every patient understands the pathology of the disease and how the treatment will benefit them in controlling it.
When not at work, she spends time pursuing her passion for cooking and gardening. She is an adventurous traveller and hiker and loves to explore nature.
